Use this screen to purge the Allocation Basis Journal History table. This table stores historical data when you post the Pool Journal, and is used for the Import feature for manual service centers.
Use this screen after using the Import feature in the Maintain Allocation Journal screen (Projects » Cost and Revenue Processing » Cost Pool Processing & Reporting).
Use this group box to select the allocation group that you would like to purge.
Use the drop-down list to select an allocation group number to be purged. The default value is 1, which represents your primary allocation group.
This non-editable field displays the allocation group description based on the number selected in the Number field.
Use this group box to select the pools that you would like to purge.
Use this drop-down list to select the range of pools to include in the purge. Valid options are:
All
One
Range
From Beginning
To End
The default for this field is All.
Enter, or use to select, the starting pool number for the range you want to purge. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this file will be inactive.
Enter, or use to select, the ending pool number for the range you want to purge. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive
Use this group box to select the periods that you would like to purge.
Use this drop-down list to select the range of subperiods to include in the purge. Valid options are:
All
One
Range
From Beginning
To End
The default for this field is All.
Enter, or use the drop-down list to select, the starting fiscal year for the range you want to purge. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter, or use the drop-down list to select, the starting period for the range you want to purge. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter, or use the drop-down list to select, the starting subperiod for the range you want to purge. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter, or use the drop-down list to select, the ending period for the range you want to purge. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter, or use the drop-down list to select, the ending subperiod for the range you want to purge. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Use this icon on the toolbar to begin the purge.
