Use this screen to build a composite rate for the burden templates created in the Maintain Burden Templates screen (Projects » Advanced Project Budgeting » Controls). This process populates tables used by project budgeting to burden your project. Example: With a fringe pool rate of 40% and an overhead/G&A rate of 20%, this process will create a combined or composite rate of 60% for each organization/account combination.
Build budget composite rates after creating burden templates and before you enter your project budget. Also run this process after creating, editing, or changing a pool rate or base account for a template.
