You must create this report table for any projects that require a NASA 533 report. You can select the monthly report, quarterly report, or both.
Execute this screen after entering the monthly transactions and after you have completed the revenue process in the Compute Revenue screen (Projects » Cost and Revenue Processing » Revenue Processing). Additionally, you must update any budget information that you want on the reports in the screens in the Period Budgets menu in Costpoint Budgeting and ETC. You must also complete the Map Fiscal Years for Reporting, Map Accounting Periods for Reporting, Formats, and Project Info screens in this module.
Use the fields in this group box to select the projects for which you want to create NASA 533 reports. Only projects that have been set up in the Project Info screen will be valid selections.
