Use this subtask to revise ETC hours for the selected project. You can update ETCs by the difference between budgeted and incurred hours, or you can enter a percent complete.
If you want to revise ETC information for a range of projects, use the Revise ETC screen (Projects » Budgeting and ETC » Estimate to Complete) instead of this subtask.
You can run this utility any time after you run the Update Incurred Cost for ETC screen. If you select the Update ETC with Budget Minus Incurred option, you must enter project total budgets as well.
This field displays the project ID from the main screen. The non-editable field to the right displays the project description.
Select this option to identify the LREAC amount as the project total budget. The system subtracts ITD project costs incurred from the budget to arrive at Est-to-Compl hours.
Select this option to enter a Percent Complete. The system will multiply actual hours incurred by PLC by this percent to arrive at LREAC hours. Actual hours for all PLCs will be multiplied by this percent. Est-to-Compl hours are the difference between the LREAC and actual hours incurred.
If you selected the Update LREAC with Percent Complete option, enter the percentage complete in this field.
Select this check box to update the fields in the Date Updated group box in the main screen for the selected project.
Select this check box to update the Prev EAC and Prev % Compl fields in the main screen for the selected project.
