LOAD TABLE

Use this subtask to load data into the Maintain C/SSR Information screen (Projects » Budgeting & ETC » Maintain C/SSR). The selected data will include all projects for the selected project, project manager, project classification, or owning organization.

Load Table By

Use this drop-down list to choose the project or organization criteria. Valid options are:

The default for this field is Project.

Range Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of projects or organizations that will be included in the table. Valid options are:

The default for this field is All.

From

Enter, or use to select, the starting value. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.

To

Enter, or use to select, the ending value. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.

Include existing projects for parameters selected

Select this check box to load projects that have already been entered in the main screen. This check box is the default.

Include new projects for parameters selected

Select this check box to load projects into the main screen that have not been previously entered.

Level number of new projects to include

Enter the number of levels to load for the selected projects. This field is available only when you select the Include new projects for parameters selected check box.

Lookup

Click this button to select the projects for which you would like to load C/SSR information.
