PRINT PART PROJECT INFO

Use this screen to print part information specific to the project(s) assigned to that part. The information in the report is either quality control data or planning data specific to a project part.

Print this report whenever you need a list of project parts. You may find it useful to print this report after assigning projects to parts to verify the accuracy of the data.

The Part Project Info report is not part of the system audit trail and does not need to be retained. However, you may find it useful to keep a set of these reports once they are printed.

Sort

Select the appropriate option.

Project

Select this option to sort the report by project.

Part/Rev

Select this option to sort the report by part/revision.

Report Option

Select the type of data you want to include in the report.

Planning Data

Select this option to print planning data. Planning data includes the order policy type, reorder point quantity, safety stock quantity, order to quantity, planner ID, and ABC classification code.

QC Data

Select this option to print QC data. QC data includes the warehouse ID, inventory location ID, hazardous material flag, inspection type, tracking flags, and quality flags.

Project

This group box allows you to set a range of projects (by ID) to include on the report.

Range Option

From the drop-down list, select the range of project IDs you want to print. The available selections are:

• All (the default)

• One

• Range

• From Beginning

• To End

From/To

Enter the range of projects to be the starting and/or ending points for the range you selected. If you selected All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, the From field is not available. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, the To field is not available.

Part/Rev

This group box allows you to set a range of parts/revisions to include on the report.

Range Option

From the drop-down list, select the range of part(s)/revision(s) you want to print. The available selections are:

• All (the default)

• One

• Range

• From Beginning

• To End

From/To

Enter the range of parts/revisions to be the starting and/or ending points for the range you selected. If you selected All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, the From field is not available. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, the To field is not available.

The information on this report is taken from the Part Project Data table.

Table Information

Information that is entered in this screen and saved as a parameter is stored in the FUNC_PARM_CATLG table. Information is also stored in and/or pulled from the following tables: ITEM, VPD_PART_PROJECT.
