Use this report to provide a listing of all parts with planning information that has been omitted. It includes a listing of the omitted data fields.
You can print this report for selected dates during which a part has been created and assigned planning information. Print this report after assigning planning information to parts so that data accuracy can be verified.
This report is not part of the system audit trail and does not need to be retained. However, you may find it useful to keep a set of these reports once they are printed.
Use this drop-down box to select the creation date range. The available selections are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All."
Enter the starting and/or ending dates for the Range Option you selected. If you selected "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, the From field will not be available. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, the To field will not be available.
Use this group box to select active or inactive parts. If both checkboxes are left blank, no information will be printed.
Select this checkbox to print parts that have an active status.
Select this checkbox to print parts that have an inactive status.
Use this group box to select the part types that you want to print. If no checkboxes are selected, no information will be printed. You can assign part type in the Basic Part Data screen.
Select this checkbox to print standard part types.
Select this checkbox to print phantom part types.
Select this checkbox to print buy with component part types.
Use this group box to select the status of the parts you want to be printed. If all checkboxes are left blank, no information will be printed. You can assign status type in the Basic Part Data screen.
Select this checkbox to print parts with an "estimating" status type.
Select this checkbox to print parts with a "pre-release" status type.
Select this checkbox to print parts with a "released" status type.
Use this group box to search for the omitted part information that you want printed on the report.
Select this checkbox to include parts without lead time.
Select this checkbox to include parts that do not have an assigned buyer.
Select this checkbox to include parts that do not have an assigned planner.
Select this checkbox to include parts that do not have an assigned planning type.
The information on this report is taken from the Basic Part Data and Planning Part Data screens.
The information that is entered in this screen and saved as a parameter is stored in the FUNC_PARM_CATLG table. Information is also stored in and/or pulled from the following tables: VPD_PART_EXC.
