Use this subtask to assign text code information to this document. This screen is optional.
This field displays the document ID.
This field displays the document revision ID.
This field displays the document type code.
This field displays the document name.
This field displays the document status from the main screen.
You maintain standard text codes in the Product Definition Controls menu in Costpoint Product Definition. Before you can enter a code in the Text Code field and assign it to the document, the document description must appear in the Selected Where-Used table in the Where-Used subtask of the Standard Text screen.
Enter the printing sequence number of this text code. You can enter up to four digits in this required field. The initial value for the first line is 10, but you can change this. The system will auto assign the next sequence number by adding 10 to the previous row.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, up to 10 alphanumeric characters for the text code to be linked to this document. This field is required. Only those standard text codes where the document description appears in the Selected Where-Used table in the Where-Used subtask of the Standard Text screen will be available in Lookup.

This field displays the document print option, which shows the types of documents in which the text will print: internal, external, or both.
The information in this screen is stored in the DOCUMENT and DOCUMENT_TEXT tables. Information is also stored in and/or pulled from the DOC_TYPE and STD_TEXT tables.
