This non-editable subtask displays all assembly parts in which the provisional part (listed as the Component Part in the table window of the Maintain Proposal BOM screen in Costpoint Materials Estimating) is used for proposal bills of material ("PBOM").
These fields display the provisional part's ID, revision number, unit of measure and description from the main screen.
These columns display the proposal ID and revision number in which the provisional part is used in the Maintain Proposal BOM screen in Costpoint Materials Estimating.
These columns display the assembly part (from Maintain PBOM) and assembly part revision number in which the provisional part is used as a component in a PBOM record. Assembly parts in this screen can be a provisional (or standard) part, and may also be the "Component Part" in a separate PBOM assembly along with other components. This constitutes a multi-level PBOM.
This columns displays the description of the assembly part from the main screen.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) if the assembly part is established as a provisional part or "N" (No) if the assembly part is not a provisional part.
This column displays the quantity of provisional parts required for the assembly PBOM.
This column displays the component type code for the provisional part from the Maintain Proposal BOM screen: "B" (Buy w/Comp), "S" (Standard), "P" (Phantom), "R" (Reference), "T" (Tool), and "D" (Deleted).
This column displays the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the provisional part from the Maintain Proposal BOM screen in Costpoint Material Estimating. The optional WBS column in the Maintain Proposal BOM screen can be used to keep track of the provisional part and assembly part for cost rollup purposes for a job or project.
You can also link each PBOM to a user-defined WBS code for additional sorting and rollup options.
This field displays any notes or comments associated with the component from the Maintain Proposal BOM screen.
