Use this subtask to store information used to calculate the cost of goods sold for a given item. You can also define the unit cost information by date range if necessary. Initialize this subtask as part of the product billing setup.
This field displays the catalog code for the price catalog being assigned to this item. The non-editable field to the right displays the catalog description.
This field displays the currency code for the catalog.
This field displays the country code for the catalog.
This field displays the selected item ID. The item description displays in the line below.
This field displays the selected revision.
This field displays the item type (part, good, or service).
This field displays the selling unit of measure of the item.
Select the appropriate radio button.
Select this radio button to have the cost of goods sold calculated based on a percentage of sales.
Select this radio button to have the cost of goods sold calculated from a cost schedule.
If you selected the Percentage of Sales radio button, enter the percentage used to calculate the cost of goods sold.
If you selected the Cost Schedule radio button, enter at least one row in this table.
Enter the beginning of the quantity range. If you enter a new line and select the Tab key, this field will default with the value "0.0001" but can be changed.
Enter the end of the quantity range. If you enter a new line and select the Tab key, this field will default with the value "9,999,999,999.9999" but can be changed.
Enter the unit cost for the item and the quantity range.
Enter the starting date for the applicable cost per unit.
Enter the ending date for the cost per unit.
