Use this screen to set up product unit pricing by catalog used for billing items. You can assign unit prices and price increments by catalog for a given date or quantity range.
Use this screen before generating product billings and maintain it whenever you need to add or modify product pricing information.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, a price catalog code to which you want to assign item information. The catalog code must have already been established in the Set Up Price Catalogs screen. The non-editable field to the right displays the catalog description.
This field displays the currency code for the catalog.
This field displays the country code for the catalog.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, an item to which you want to assign price catalog information. This item must have already been established in the Set Up Item Billings screen before you can assign price catalog information.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the revision of the item.
This field displays the item type, i.e., a "Part," "Good," or "Service." The item description displays in the untitled field below and cannot be changed.
This field displays the selling unit of measure for this item, if one has been assigned in the Units of Measure Types subtask of the Basic Part Data screen. If a selling unit of measure has not been assigned, the unit of measure established in the Basic Part Data screen will be displayed.
Use this table to store unit price information by quantity and date range. Invoices generated automatically will reflect the unit price based on invoice date or quantity billed depending on the values entered here.
Enter the minimum quantity of the range being defined. If you enter a new line and select the Tab key, this field will default with the value "0.0001" but can be changed.
Enter the maximum quantity of the range being defined. If you enter a new line and select the Tab key, this field will default with the value "9,999,999,999.9999" but can be changed.
Enter the price per unit that should be charged for the given quantities.
Enter the starting date that this unit price should be charged.
Enter the ending date that this unit price should be charged.
Select this pushbutton to open the Cost Information subtask.
Select this pushbutton to open the Defaults subtask.
Select this pushbutton to open the Warranty Information subtask.
The PROD_PRICE_CATLG table stores information for this screen. Information for product price catalogs is also stored in and/or pulled from the following tables, as indicated for the applicable subtasks of this screen: ITEM, ITEM_PRODUCT, OE_CATLG_SETTINGS, PRICE_CATLG, PROD_CST_SCH, PROD_CST_SCH_KEY, PROD_PRICE_SCH, PROD_PRICE_SCH_KEY, PROD_WARR_CST_SCH, PROD_WARR_CST_SCH_KEY, SALES_ABBRV_CD, WARRANTY.
