SUBSTITUTE PART PROJECT LOCATION DETAIL

Use this subtask to view the location detail for the selected substitute part/project.

Part

This field displays the ID of the selected substitute part. The part description displays in the unlabeled field below this field.

Rev

This field displays the revision level of the substitute part.

U/M

This field displays the default or inventory unit of measure for the substitute part.

Make/Buy

This field displays the "M" (Make)/"B" (Buy)" status of the substitute part.

Project

This field displays the project and name associated with the selected substitute part inventory record.

Table Window

Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse for the selected substitute part.

Location

This field displays the warehouse location of the selected substitute part inventory record.

Inventory Abbrev

This field displays the inventory abbreviation associated with the selected substitute part inventory record.

Location Quantity

This field displays the substitute part's quantity for the specified warehouse location.

Location Type

This field displays the location type for the selected location. The available location types are "On-Hold," "Incoming Inspection," "MRB," "On-Hand," "Reinspection," and "Shipping."

Count ID

This field displays the last count ID for the selected location/substitute part/inventory abbreviation.

Last Count Date

This field displays the date of the last physical count for the selected location/substitute part/inventory abbreviation.

Serial/Lot Info

Select this pushbutton to view serial and lot information for the selected part project location line. This pushbutton will be enabled only if inventory serial/lot tracking has been entered for the part.
