Use this subtask to view the documents that are related to the selected routing line/operation for the parent (assembly) part. You can establish document information in the Maintain Documents screen in Costpoint Product Definition or in Costpoint Bills of Material; however, this screen displays those documents that are assigned in the Maintain or Release Routings screens in Costpoint Routings.
This field displays the assembly part ID from the main screen, along with the part description.
This field displays the revision level, if applicable, of the selected part.
This field displays the unit of measure assigned to this part from the main screen.
This field displays the routing number. The routing description is displayed in the adjacent field.
This column displays the operation sequence number of the routing step.
This column displays the number of the alternate operation. If this routing step is part of an alternate operation, this number will be greater than zero.
This column displays the step number of the routing operation.
This column displays the name of the operation.
Document information, such as document media, sizes, and types, is established under the Costpoint Product Definition Controls menu and/or the Costpoint Bills of Material Controls menu. You can maintain document information and assign it to parts in the Maintain Documents or Release Documents screens (in Costpoint Product Definition and/or Bills of Material), and in the Maintain Parts and Basic Part Data screens in Costpoint Product Definition. Moreover, the routing lines/operations that are assigned to the part can also have documents attached to them in the Maintain Routings or Release Routings screens.
This field displays the type of document to which this routing is linked. Document type codes are established in the Document Types screens in Costpoint Product Definition Controls and/or Bills of Material.
This field displays the name of the document to which this routing is linked.
This field displays the revision of the document to which this routing is linked.
This field displays the name of the document.
This field displays the release status of the document.
This field displays the document size code. Document size codes are established in the Document Size screens in Costpoint Product Definition Controls and/or Bills of Material.
This field displays the document media code. Document media codes established in the Document Media screens in Costpoint Product Definition Controls and/or Bills of Material.
This field displays the CAGE ID associated with this document.
This field displays the number of pages in the document.
This field displays the organization that is assigned to the part document.
This field displays the maintenance group assigned to this document. Maintenance groups are established in the Document Maintenance Groups screen in Costpoint Bills of Material.
This non-editable field displays the location of the document, as defined in the Location subtask of the Maintain Documents screen in Costpoint Product Definition and Bills of Material. When you enter a document type code in the Maintain Documents screen, the default location for that type code (i.e., where the document is stored) defaults into this column. If you change the location of the document, you can update this field in the Maintain Documents screen. Select the Launch pushbutton to access the document.
This field displays the date on which the document will become effective for the part.
This field displays the date on which the document will stop being effective for the part.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) if this document is to be referenced on routing travelers for this part or "N" (No) if not.
This field displays the status of the engineering change notice associated with this part and document.
This field displays the date of the last engineering change notice for this part.
Select this pushbutton to access the document using its native application indicated in the selected line item.
