ASSEMBLY SERIAL/LOT

Use this non-editable subtask to view serial/lot information created by the Manufacturing Order (MO) selected on the Manufacturing Order Status Inquiry screen. You cannot access this subtask if serial/lot tracking is not required in the Part Project Data screen or the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition.

MO

This column displays the MO ID of the manufacturing order.

Type

This column displays the MO type of "Standard," "Customer Repair," or "Rework."

Status

This column displays the MO status of "Planned," "Firm Planned," "Released," "In Shop," "Completed," or "Closed."

Build Part

This field displays the ID of the part being built on the MO. A description of the part will display in the untitled field below this field.

Rev

This field displays the revision level for the build part.

Inv U/M

This field displays the unit of measure of the part.

Build Quantity

This field displays the quantity of the part to be built on the MO.

Completed Quantity

This field displays the quantity that has been completed for the build part.

Serial Tracked

This field will display "Y" (Yes) if serial number tracking is required in inventory for the Build Part, as defined in the Part Project Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition. If the Part Project Data screen has no lines for the part/revision and build-to project, this field will reflect the serial tracking requirement as defined in the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition.

Lot Tracked

This field will display "Y" if lot tracking is required in inventory for the Build Part, as defined in the Part Project Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition. If the Part Project Data screen has no lines for the part/revision and build-to project, this field will reflect the serial tracking requirement defined in the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition.

Shelf Life (Days)

This field displays the build part's shelf life in calendar days, as defined in the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition.

Table Window

Serial

This column displays the serial number for the part. This field will not display if serial tracking is not required. (Serial tracking is determined in the Part Project Data screen or the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition.)

Lot

This column displays the lot number for the part. This field will not display if lot tracking is not required. (Lot tracking is determined in the Part Project Data screen or the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition.)

Quantity

This column displays the quantity of the part assigned to this lot number. The value of this field will be "1" if serial tracking is required. (Serial tracking is determined in the Part Project Data screen or the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition.)

Relief

This column displays the original relief transaction ID that entered this serial/lot number into inventory.

Relief Line

This column displays the line number from the original relief transaction that entered this serial/lot number into inventory.

Relief Date

This column displays the transaction date of the relief transaction that entered this serial/lot number into inventory.

Notes

This column displays notes applicable to this serial/lot number.

Shelf-Life Expir Date

This column displays the shelf-life expiration date for this lot/serial.

User Defined Field 1 - User Defined Field 5

This user-defined field displays additional data, the title of which is defined in the Serial/Lot User Defined Labels screen in Costpoint Inventory. This field will not display if the label has not been defined.
