SHOP FLOOR CALENDAR

Use this screen to set up a shop calendar for a specified range of calendar days. If you selected the Shop Days radio button in the Production Control Settings screen, the system will use the shop calendar for material lead time and capacity planning

Use this screen to set up the shop floor calendar and to make modifications as required. Do not use this screen if you did not select the Shop Days radio button in the Production Control Settings screen.

Starting Date

Enter the starting date of the period for which you would like to generate shop days. The start date must be no more than one day later than the current last shop calendar date.

Ending Date

Enter the ending date of the period for which you would like to generate shop days. The end date must be no less than one day earlier than the current first shop calendar date.

Default Number of Shifts

Enter the shifts required for each day of the week. A zero will cause that day to be considered inactive for lead-time and capacity calculations.

Table Window

Calendar Date

This field displays the calendar date.

Day

This field displays the date's day of the week.

Number of Shifts

This field displays the default number of shifts for the day.

Shop Day

This field displays the number of days the shop has been open for the year. A day is considered a shop day when there is at least one shift.

Autoload

Select this pushbutton to automatically load new shop days. The table window will be populated with information concerning each new shop day.
