This field displays the manufacturing order ID.
This field displays the type of the manufacturing order.
This field displays the current status of the manufacturing order.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ID of the organization that is to perform this MO. The organization abbreviation and description will display in the untitled fields following this field. This field is required only if Organization Security has been initiated for this application. (Organization Security is initiated using the Enable/Disable Org Security for Modules screen in Costpoint System Administration.)
In this optional field, enter the order number for which this MO is being built.
This field displays the line number of the order number entered in the Order Ref field.
This field displays the type of order entered in the Order Ref field.
This field displays the quantity of the part being built with this MO.
This field displays the yield percentage of the build part as specified in the Assembly Information subtask in the Maintain MBOM and Release MBOM screens in Costpoint Bills of Material. If you selected the Include Scrap/Yield % in MO Requirements checkbox in the Production Control Settings screen, the system will use this field to increase requirement and inventory reservation quantities.
This field displays the expected net build quantity for this MO. It is the product of the Build Quantity and Yield fields.
This field displays a "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not material issues have been applied to this MO in the Enter Manufacturing Order Issues screen.
This field displays a "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not timesheet charges have been applied to this MO.
Select this checkbox to allow timesheet charges to this MO. If you selected a MO status of "Planned" or "Firm Planned" in the Status field of the main screen, this checkbox defaults to unchecked and non-editable. It defaults to checked and editable if the MO status is "Released" or "In-Shop," with one exception: if you did not select the Allow Auto-Update MO Status In-Shop checkbox in the Production Control Settings screen, additional timesheet charges will be allowed only if the MO status is "In-Shop." Default restrictions for closed/completed MOs (as set in the Production Control Settings screen) will default here (editable) if the MO status is "Closed"/"Completed."
Select this checkbox to allow material issues to this MO. This defaults to unchecked (and non-editable) if you selected a MO status of "Planned" or "Firm Planned" in the Status field on the main screen. It defaults to checked (and editable) if the MO status is "Released" or "In-Shop." Select this checkbox to allow subcontractor charges to this MO. This defaults to unchecked (and non-editable) if you selected a MO status of "Planned" or "Firm Planned" in the Status field on the main screen. It defaults to checked (and editable) if the MO status is "Released" or "In-Shop."
Select this checkbox to print a material pick list for this MO. The adjacent Printed checkbox is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually unselect the Printed checkbox.
Select this checkbox to print an assembly sheet of components/subassemblies for this MO. The adjacent Printed checkbox is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually unselect the Printed checkbox.
Select this checkbox to print a routing traveler for this MO. The adjacent Printed checkbox is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually unselect the Printed checkbox.
Select this checkbox to print component labels for the MO's requirements. The adjacent Printed checkbox is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually unselect the Printed checkbox.
Select this checkbox to print an as-built configuration list for this MO. The adjacent Printed checkbox is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually unselect the Printed checkbox.
Enter a number between "1" (highest) and "10" (lowest) to indicate the priority of the MO. The system uses the value in this field for capacity planning purposes. When you open this subtask for a new MO, this field defaults with the value from the Default MO Priority field in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling Parameters screen (in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling Parameters menu in Costpoint Product Interfaces). You can also change the Priority setting for the MO in the Expedite Manufacturing Orders screen.
Select this checkbox to designate the MO as an assembly job for capacity planning purposes. This checkbox's setting is used by the Download Manufacturing Orders application (under the Advanced Planning and Scheduling menu in Costpoint Product Interfaces) to determine all applicable component MOs for an assembly job, as well as the lower-level MOs feeding the subassembly MOs. You can also change the Assembly Job setting for the MO in the Expedite Manufacturing Orders screen.
