Use this subtask to assign documents to the Manufacturing Order.
This field displays the MO (manufacturing order) number from the main screen.
Select this checkbox if this document is a reference document attached to the manufacturing order.
Enter, or use to select, the document to associate with this manufacturing order. The document must already be established in the Maintain Documents screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
Enter, or use to select, the document revision to associate with this manufacturing order. The document revision must already be established in the Maintain Documents screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
Enter, or use to select, the document type to associate with this manufacturing order. The document type may already be established in the Document Types screen in Costpoint Product Definition or it may be user input.
Enter the name of the document to be attached to this manufacturing order. If the document is already established in Product Definition, the name defaults in.
Enter up to 254 alphanumeric characters to indicate where copies of this document are stored. You can also select the Browse button to access this document from within Costpoint. Make sure the entire directory path is loaded, including the full server, volume name, and file name. We recommend that network drive letters not be used unless all potential Costpoint users have this file location mapped to the same drive letter.
When you have listed the file, select the Launch button to view the file.
If the document is a pre-established document in Product Definition, the status of the document displays here. The valid system-defined selections are "U-Unreleased," "R-Released," or "O-Obsolete."

Enter Y if this MO document should be referenced on MO Assembly Sheets.
Enter Y if this MO Document should be referenced on MO Routing Travelers.
If the document is a pre-established document in Product Definition, and a Pending Engineering Change Notice is assigned to this document, it displays here.
If the document is a pre-established document in Product Definition, the last Engineering Change Notice associated with this document displays here. You can access engineering change notice information in Costpoint Engineering Change Notices.
