This field displays the manufacturing order ID.
This field displays the type of the MO.
This field displays the current status of the MO.
This field displays the organization associated with the MO.
This field displays the order reference number for which this MO is being built.
This field displays the line number of the order reference for which this MO is being built.
This field displays the type of order reference for which this MO is being built.
This field displays the quantity of the part being built with this MO.
This field displays the estimated yield percentage for the selected parent part.
This field displays the expected net build quantity for this MO. It is equal to the product of the Build Quantity and Yield fields.
These items display as they pertain to settings in the Enter Manufacturing Orders and Expedite Manufacturing Orders screens and can be maintained only in those screens.
This field displays a "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not material issues have been applied to this MO.
This field displays a "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) depending on whether or not timesheet charges have been applied to this MO.
This checkbox displays if timesheet charges are allowed to this MO. This defaults to unchecked (and non-editable) if you selected a MO status of "Planned" or "Firm Planned" in the Status field in the Enter Manufacturing Orders screen. It defaults to checked (and editable) if the MO status is "Released" or "In-Shop," with one exception: if you did not select the Allow Auto-Update MO status In-Shop checkbox in the Production Control Settings screen, additional timesheet charges will be allowed only if the MO status is "In-Shop." Default restrictions for closed/completed MOs (as set in the Production Control Settings screen) will default here (editable) if the MO status is "Closed"/"Completed."

This will default to unchecked (and non-editable) if you selected a MO status of "Planned" or "Firm Planned" in the Status field in the Enter Manufacturing Orders screen. It will default to checked (and editable) if the MO status is "Released" or "In-Shop." This checkbox will display if a routing traveler is to be printed for this MO. The adjacent Printed checkbox is automatically checked once this document is printed. This checkbox will display if component labels for the MO's requirements are to be printed. The adjacent Printed checkbox is automatically checked once this document is printed. This checkbox will display if an as-built configuration list is to be printed for this MO. The adjacent Printed checkbox is automatically checked once this document is printed.
