Use this screen to print shipping labels and customer labels. These labels include the ship-to address, sales order number, packing slip number, number of boxes, and customer purchase order number.
Print shipping and customer labels any time after entering shipping transactions into the system.
Select this radio button to print shipping labels. The number of labels printed corresponds to the number of boxes being shipped for that packing slip.
Select this radio button to print customer labels for the customer. You can select either the customer's default bill to address or default ship to address.
Use this drop-down box to select a category by which to print shipping labels. The options in this drop-down box are "Catalog," "Customer," "Packing Slip," "Project," and "Sales Order." If you select the Customer Labels radio button, you can print customer labels only by customer. Once you select the category from this drop-down box, use the Range Option to indicate which shipping address information will print for the Catalog, Customer, Packing Slip, Project, or Sales Order range.
Select the range for printing labels based on the value in the Select By drop-down box. The options in this drop-down box are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All."
Enter, or use Lookup to select, a single value/ID or the beginning value/ID for the range. This field is available if you selected "One," "Range," or "To End" from the Range Option drop-down box.

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending value/ID for the range. This field is available if you selected "Range" or "From Beginning" from the Range Option drop-down box.

Select this checkbox to set up multiple range selections for label printing. After entering a range option, use the Apply pushbutton to add the option to the list. Use the Remove pushbutton to delete a range option from the list.
Select this checkbox to print the customer's default bill-to address on the customer labels. This checkbox is not available for shipping labels.
Select this checkbox to print the customer's default ship-to address on the customer labels. This checkbox is not available for shipping labels.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, an address code to print on the customer label. This option is available only when the customer label Range Option is "One."
The following print options are available for shipping labels with the exception of the No of Labels field. One label is printed for each box included in the shipment.
The only print option available for customer labels is No of Labels.
Select this checkbox to print the labels on pre-printed forms. Leave this checkbox empty to print a return address in the upper-left hand corner of each label.
Select this checkbox to include previously printed shipping labels in this print run if they are within the selection criteria. When the order is reprinted, "DUPLICATE" will appear on the list.
Select this checkbox to print the sales order number on the labels.
Select this checkbox to print the packing slip number on the labels.
Select this checkbox to print the customer purchase order number on the labels.
Select this checkbox to have the label number and total number of labels print in the upper right hand corner in the format "page x of y." If you do not select this checkbox, only the individual label number will print.
Enter the number of customer labels to print. You can change the system default of "1." This option is not available for shipping labels because one label will be printed for each box included in the shipment.
