ISSUES

Use this subtask to view issue information related to the selected sales order line including issue dates, packing slip numbers, material handlers, and issue notes.

Component issues display if the sales order issuing is done at the component level.  The Issue Components field must be "Y" (Yes) in the Enter Sales Orders main screen.

SO

This field displays the sales order ID for the selected line.

Release

This field displays the sales order release number for the selected line.

Type

This field displays the sales order line type: "DRP" (Dropshipment), "INO" (Invoice Only), "INT" (In-Transit), "INV" (Inventory), "MSC" (Miscellaneous), or "REC" (Recurring).

Misc Type

This field displays a miscellaneous charge type code for miscellaneous sales order lines ("MSC" line types). Create and define these codes in the Sales Order Line Charge Types screen.

Line

This field displays the sales order line number for the selected line.

CLIN

This field displays the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for the selected line.

Item, Rev

These fields display the identification number, latest revision number, and description of the item selected on the sales order line.

Sales U/M

This field displays the line item's unit of measure referenced on the sales order line.

Inv U/M

This field displays the line item's equivalent inventory unit of measure, if different from the sales order unit of measure.

Table Window

Issue ID

This field displays the issue ID number for the sales order line.

Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse for the sales order line.

Packing Slip

This field displays the packing slip number for the sales order line.

Issue Date

This field displays the date on which the issue was created for the sales order line.

Material Handler

This field displays the employee ID of the person who retrieved the items from inventory to fulfill the sales order line.

Component Line

This field displays the component line type. This field will appear only if the Issue Components field is "Y" (Yes) in the Enter Sales Orders screen.

Component Part

This field displays the component part. This field will appear only if the Issue Components field is "Y" (Yes) in the Enter Sales Orders screen.

Rev

This field displays the component part revision. This field will appear only if the Issue Components field is "Y" (Yes) in the Enter Sales Orders screen.

Description

This field displays the component description. This field will appear only if the Issue Components field is "Y" (Yes) in the Enter Sales Orders screen.

Component Line Type

This field displays the component line type. This field will appear only if the Issue Components field is "Y" (Yes) in the Enter Sales Orders screen.

Component U/M

This field displays the component unit of measure. This field will appear only if the Issue Components field is "Y" (Yes) in the Enter Sales Orders screen.

Qty Issued

This field displays the number of items on the sales order line that have been issued from inventory to fulfill the sales order line.

Amount Issued

This field displays the dollar amount for items on the sales order line that have been issued from inventory to fulfill the sales order line.
