Use the fields on this screen to define your header documentation.
This field defaults to the Sales Order selected on the main screen.
This field defaults to the Release number of the Sales Order selected on the main screen.
Select the Reference Doc check box to enter a Name and Location for a document not currently stored in the DOCUMENT table. When this screen is saved, this data is stored solely in the SO_DOCUMENT table. In this case, the Location must be unique to the SO Header.
If this checkbox is clear, provide a valid document from the DOCUMENT table (which already includes the Document Name and possibly Location). In this case, the standard Document Key is used instead of Location.
Manually enter or click the Browse button to insert the selected filename and directory path into the Location column.
