Use this screen to enter issued-by addresses that will print on government form DD250: Material Inspection and Receiving Report. Addresses entered can be referenced in the Defaults subtasks of the Sales Order Project Settings and Sales Order Catalog Settings screens and will print in block 10 of form DD250.
Set up this screen before entering sales orders that reference the issued-by addresses. Maintain this screen when you want to add or change addresses.
Enter an issued-by code of up to six alphanumeric characters to identify this address. Enter this code in the Sales Order Project Settings and Sales Order Catalog Settings screens to provide a default for individual sales orders.
Enter a description for this address.
Enter the name associated with the issued-by address.
Enter building, street, or other address data.
Enter the city for this address. If you enter a postal code that has previously been used in the system, the city information will be automatically brought into the screen, where you can edit it; any changes that you make, however, will not change the default information in the Postal Code table in Costpoint System Administration.
Enter the state/province for this address. Enter, or use Lookup to select, the country code for the address. The first time a postal code is entered, the city, state, and country code will be stored in its table. Thereafter, if you enter the postal code first, the city, state/province, and country code will be automatically brought into the screen, where you can edit it; any changes that you make, however, will not change the default information in the Postal Code table in Costpoint System Administration.
