Use this subtask to enter free-form text notes about a specific customer. Do not use this data as a customer selection criterion for ad hoc reports; instead, use the user-defined Ref 1 and Ref 2 fields in the Maintain Customer screen. You can use this subtask to insert dates and times of contact with the customer (or contact person) along with notes about the conversation.
These fields display the customer account and description from the main screen.
