Use this non-editable subtask to view finance charges and credit limits for the customer referenced on the sales order. You can also review a customer's account receivable information including available credit and other balance information. You can edit the credit information displayed in this subtask in the Maintain Customer screen.
The Credit Information subtask is available only to users with approved access. Select the Allow View of Customer Credit Information checkbox in the Sales Order Approval Titles screen to allow users to view this subtask.

This field displays the value from the Apply Finance Charges checkbox in the Finance and Credit Information subtask of the Maintain Customer screen.
This field displays the number of grace days.
This field displays the annual percent.
This field displays the established customer credit limit.

This field displays the credit rating code effective date.
This field displays the customer credit number.
Items in this group box are non-editable.
The outstanding accounts receivable balance is updated when accounts receivable are posted, and is decreased when cash receipts are posted.
The approved order balance is updated when sales orders are approved, and is decreased when sales order invoices are posted through the Order Entry journal.
The system calculates this field by adding the Outstanding A/R Balance with the Approved Order Balance and subtracting that total from the credit amount.
