Use this non-editable subtask to view employees assigned to the approval title(s) within the approval process. Access it by highlighting a line in the table window of the main screen and selecting the Employees pushbutton.
This field displays the approval process code and description entered in the main screen.
This field displays the sequence number of the approval title. This number will determine the preferred order of personnel in the approval process. Lowest numbers have the highest priority.
This field displays the approval title code for the line selected.
This field displays the minimum dollar amount for the approval title.
This field displays the maximum dollar amount for the approval title. A maximum value of zero indicates that there is no maximum limit for this approval title.
This field displays the default value from the Allow View of Customer Credit Information checkbox in the Sales Order Approval Titles screen. Users can access the customer finance and credit data during the sales order approval process if this checkbox is selected.
This field displays the preferred sequence number for this approval.
This field displays the user ID of the person eligible to perform the electronic approval for this approval.
This field displays the user name associated with the user ID.
This field displays the default employee ID of the person to whom the approval title will be attributed.
This field displays the employee name assigned to the employee ID.
This field displays the title assigned to the employee ID.
This field displays the phone number for the employee.
This field displays the extension of the phone number.
This field displays the minimum requisition dollar amount that the user can approve/reject.
This field displays the maximum requisition dollar amount that the user can approve/reject. An amount of zero means that there is no maximum dollar amount for this user.
