Use this screen to print MRP action messages generated in other MRP functions. You can print messages for specific buyers, planners, project(s), netting groups, parts, warehouses, message types, order types, and planned order date cutoffs. You can see the planned order messages sorted in four different ways and have the option of printing summary inventory data for each part referenced by the selected messages.

Use the options in this group box to select the sorting criteria.
Select this radio button to sort messages by netting group/project/part. This is the default option. There will be page breaks after each netting group and after each project.
Select this radio button to sort messages by message type/part. There will be a page break after each message type.
Select this radio button to sort messages by supply order type/part. There will be a page break after each supply order type.
Select this radio button to sort messages by commodity code/part. There will be a page break after each commodity code.
Use the options in this group box to select the message types to include in the report.
Select this checkbox to include planned order action messages in the report.
Select this checkbox to include cancel order action messages in the report.
Select this checkbox to include decrease order action messages in the report.
Select this checkbox to include reschedule order action messages in the report.
Select this checkbox to include GFM planned order action messages in the report.
Select this checkbox to include inactive inventory action messages in the report.
Use this group box to select the planners whose action messages that you would like to include in the report.
Use the drop-down box to select the range of planners to include in the report. Available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default is "All." If you select "All," the report will also include action messages without a planner.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the planner (or beginning planner for a range) whose messages you would like to view.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending planner (for a range) whose messages you would like to view.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the code of the MPS plan for which you want to view MRP action messages.
Enter "P" (for "Production") if you want to see action messages for the official production plan. Enter a different code to see action messages for a "what-if" scenario.
Use the drop-down box to select the inventory projects/netting groups that you want to include in the report.
All Projects - Select this option to include messages from all inventory projects for the part.
Netting Group - Select this option to include messages for inventory projects for the selected netting group(s) for the part. Any messages tied to projects without netting groups will not be included.
Top-Level Project - Select this option to include messages for inventory projects that share the same top-level project ID as projects within the selected range.
Project Range - Select this option to include only messages for the projects specifically included in the project range.
Use this group box to select the projects whose action messages that you would like to include in the report.
Use the drop-down box to select the range of projects to include in the report. Available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default is "All." This field is enabled only if the Project Selection Option is "Project Range."

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending project (for a range) for which you would like to view messages.
Use this group box to select the netting groups whose action messages you would like to include in the report.
Use the drop-down box to select the range of netting groups to include in the report. Available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default is "All." This field is enabled only if Project Selection Option is "Netting Group."
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the netting group (or beginning netting group for a range) whose messages you would like to view.

Use this group box to select the warehouses whose action messages you would like to include in the report.
Use the drop-down box to select the range of warehouses to include in the report. Available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." This field defaults to "All" and is disabled if you did not select the Plan Warehouse Separately checkbox in the MRP Corporate Settings subtask of the MRP Settings screen. It defaults to "One" and is enabled if you selected the Plan Warehouse Separately checkbox.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the warehouse (or beginning warehouse for a range) for which you would like to view messages.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending warehouse (for a range) for which you would like to view messages.
Use the fields in this group box to select the buyer whose action messages you would like to include in the report.
Use the drop-down box to select the range of buyers to include in the report. Available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." This field defaults to "All," in which case it includes the action messages for all buyers, along with messages without a buyer.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the buyer (or beginning buyer for a range) whose messages you would like to view.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending buyer (for a range) whose messages you would like to view.
Use the fields in this group box to select the part/revision whose action messages you would like to include in the report.
Use the drop-down box to select the range of parts/revisions to include in the report. Available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." This field defaults to "All."
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the part/revision (or beginning part/revision in a range) for which you would like to view messages. The Rev (revision) field (to the right of the From part field) is displayed if you selected the Allow Multiple Revisions for Each Item checkbox in the Product Definition Corporate Settings subtask of the Product Definition Settings screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending part/revision (in a range) for which you would like to view messages. The Rev (revision) field (to the right of the To part field) is displayed if you selected the Allow Multiple Revisions for Each Item checkbox in the Product Definition Corporate Settings subtask of the Product Definition Settings screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
Select this pushbutton to enter the Process Options subtask where you can specify additional options such as supply order types and planned order date cutoff.
