Use this subtask to view details of manufacturing orders for the selected row in the Supply Information subtask. Use it whenever you need to view details regarding a MO supply referenced in the Supply Information subtask.
This field displays the ID of the part to be manufactured. The description of the part will also be displayed in the unlabeled field adjacent to the Rev field.
This field displays the revision of the part.
This field displays the manufacturing order ID.
This field displays the type of the manufacturing order, either "Standard," "Customer Repair," or "Rework."
This field displays the current status of the manufacturing order.
This field displays the quantity of the part that will be built with the MO (and allocated to the associated inventory abbreviation).
This field displays the quantity that has been built and relieved against the MO (and allocated to the associated inventory abbreviation).
This field displays the quantity that is yet to be completed against the MO (and allocated to the associated inventory abbreviation). It includes scrap/yield losses. This field is displayed if you selected the Incl Scrap/Yield % in Planning Process checkbox in the Production Control Settings screen in Costpoint Production Control.
This field displays the planner responsible for this MO.
This field displays the warehouse in which the MO is being built.
This field displays the inventory abbreviation code to which the MO build parts are being allocated. The name of the inventory abbreviation is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.
This field displays the project ID associated with the inventory abbreviation to which the MO build parts are allocated. The name of the project is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.
This field displays the date on which the parts to be built with the MO will be available. This date is the Due Date plus the manufacturing stocking lead time for the part.
This field displays the date on which the part is planned for release to the stockroom. This field is not displayed if the MO Status is "Released" or "In Shop."
This field displays the date on which the MO is due to be completed.
This field displays the date on which the MO is planned for release to the shop floor. This field is not displayed if the MO Status is "In Shop."
This text box displays expediting notes associated with the MO (entered in the Header subtask of the Enter Manufacturing Orders screen in Costpoint Production Control).
This table window displays information on the component requirement lines for the manufacturing order referenced on the main screen.
This field displays the component line number of the material requirement.
This field displays the component find number of the material requirement.
This field displays the part ID of the material requirement.
This field displays the part revision of the material requirement.
This field displays the description of the part ID requirement.
This field displays the component type: "B" (Buy w/component), "S" (Standard), "P" (Phantom), "R" (Reference), or "T" (Tool), as specified in the MO requirement line
This field displays the inventory abbreviation from which the material requirement will be pulled.
This field displays the required quantity type of the component, either "A" (Per Assembly), "R" (As Required), or "O" (Per Order), as specified in the MO requirement line.

This field displays the commodity code ID assigned to this part.
This field displays the net available quantity for this part. It is the sum of the On Hand Qty, In Inspection Qty, In Shipping Qty, On Order Qty, On Req Qty, Owed Qty, Planned Owed Qty, and In MRB Qty fields minus the Reserved Qty and Planned Reserved Qty fields. (In MRB is included only if you selected the Incl MRB as Available Inventory checkbox in the Production Control Settings screen in Costpoint Production Control.)
This field displays the current available quantity for this part. This system calculates this value as follows: On Hand Qty plus In Inspection Qty minus Reserved Qty.
This field displays the total on-hand quantities for this part/inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the total in-inspection quantities for this part/inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the total in-shipping quantities for this part/inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the total quantities for this part/inventory abbreviation that are in MRB locations.
This field displays the total quantity on order for this part/inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the open requisition (requisitions with a status of "Pending," "In Approval," and "Approved") quantity for this part. Use Lookup to view all the open requisition lines for this part/inventory abbreviation. All quantities are in inventory unit of measure.
This field displays the total reserved quantity for this part.
This field displays the inventory location from which this backflush part will be pulled.
