Use this subtask to view or modify additional information about the MO header.
This field displays the manufacturing order ID.
This field displays the type of the MO.
This field displays the current status of the MO.
This field displays the part ID for which the MO was created. A description of the part displays in the unlabeled field below.
This field displays the revision level of the part.
This field displays the part's unit of measure.
This field displays the as-of date to determine the BOM and/or routing to load. You can edit this field.
This field displays the part's configuration ID used to determine the BOM and/or routing to load. This field is hidden if you did not select the Use Configuration IDs checkbox in the BOM Corporate Settings subtask of the BOM Settings screen in Costpoint Bills of Material. You can edit this field (Lookup is available). A description of the configuration displays in the adjacent unlabeled field.
This field displays the number of BOM levels the system should go down when determining requirements. This number cannot be less than zero. The default level is "1."
This field displays the order number for which this MO is being built.
This field displays the line number of the order reference for which this MO is being built.
This field displays the type of order reference for which this MO is being built.
To indicate the priority of the MO, enter a number between "1" (highest) and "10" (lowest). The system uses the value in this field for capacity planning purposes. The Priority field is populated in the main screen table window and in the Header subtask of the Enter Manufacturing Orders screen in Costpoint Production Control. When you enter the Header subtask for a new MO, the Priority field defaults with the value from the Default MO Priority field in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling Parameters screen (in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling Parameters menu in Costpoint Product Interfaces).
Select this checkbox to designate the MO as an assembly job for capacity planning purposes. This checkbox's setting is used by the Download Manufacturing Orders application (in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling menu in Costpoint Product Interfaces) to determine all applicable component MOs for an assembly job, as well as the lower-level MOs feeding the subassembly MOs. This checkbox defaults as checked or unchecked depending on the Assembly Job field's setting for the MO in the main screen table window, and/or the Header subtask of the Enter Manufacturing Orders screen.
This field displays notes that can be printed on MO documentation. They can be edited.
This field displays notes relating to the status of this MO and can be edited. These notes will not display on MO documentation.
