Use this subtask to view current inventory information by warehouse for the selected part. If you entered a warehouse ID in the main screen, the inventory information is for the particular warehouse; otherwise, the information is for all warehouses. The display includes only the selected projects, unless you select the View All Inventory radio button.
Use this subtask whenever current inventory information by warehouse is required.
This field displays the part ID shown in the main screen. The description for the part will also be displayed in the unlabeled field below this field.
This filed displays the revision of the part shown in the main screen.
This field displays the unit of measure assigned to this part as shown in the main screen.
Use this group box to include only selected inventory projects or all projects displayed in the table window.
Select this radio button to view the part's inventory across the inventory projects selected on the main screen. This option is the default.
Select this radio button to view the part's inventory across all inventory projects.
This field displays the ID of the warehouse for the inventory as shown in the main screen.
Select this checkbox to view the part's inventory across all warehouses. This checkbox defaults to selected and is disabled if the Warehouse field in the main screen is blank.
This field displays the Project Selection Option from the main screen and will affect the rows that are shown in the table window.
This field displays the ID of the selected project from the main screen and will affect the rows that are shown in the table window. The project name and abbreviation are displayed in the adjacent unlabeled fields.
This field displays the sum of all on-hand quantities in the table window.
This field displays the sum of all in inspection and reinspection quantities in the table window.
This field displays the sum of all in shipping quantities in the table window.
This table window displays the details of the inventory for the part according to the viewing criteria selected. Sorting is by project ID, inventory abbreviation code, and warehouse.
This field displays the ID of the warehouse where the inventory is kept.

This field displays the type of account, either "E" (Expense), "A" (Asset), or "G" (Government Furnished) as set up in the Inventory Abbreviations subtask of the Inventory Projects screen in Costpoint Inventory.
