Use this subtask to view inventory information for the part on the line selected in the main screen. Inventory information, including on-order non-req, owed and reserved quantities, displays by inventory abbreviation. This screen displays inventory abbreviations linked to the project(s) selected on the main screen, or all projects, depending on the Display Option selected.
This field displays the ID for the part on the selected action message on the main screen. The part name displays in the unlabeled field below this one.
This field displays the part revision number.
This field displays the part's default or inventory unit of measure.
This field displays the setting specified for the Project Selection Option on the main screen. This setting affects the rows that are shown in the table window (grid) below.
This field displays the ID of the selected project from the main screen and will affect the rows that are shown in the table window. The project name and abbreviation display in the adjacent unlabeled fields.
This field displays the ID of the netting group from the main screen. This setting affects the rows that are shown in the table window. The name of the netting group is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.
This field displays the net available quantity for the header part and all selected inventory abbreviations. It is the sum of all the on hand, in inspection, in shipping, on order, on req, owed, and planned owed quantities minus the sum of reserved and planned reserved quantities. In Materials Review Board (MRB), inventory is also added if you selected the Incl MRB as Available Inventory checkbox in the Production Control Settings screen.
This field displays the current available quantity for the header part and all selected inventory abbreviations. It is the sum of On Hand and In Inspection quantities minus the Reserved quantity, for the part/inventory abbreviation combination.
This field displays the sum of all on-hand quantities for the header part and all selected inventory abbreviations
Use the options in this group box to include only selected inventory projects or all projects in the grid fields. Selecting a new radio button causes the table window (grid) to reload:
Select this radio button to view the part's inventory across the inventory projects selected on the main screen header. This is the default.
Select this radio button to view the part's inventory across all inventory projects.
This field displays the inventory abbreviation code that owns the inventory.
This field displays the name of the row's inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the account type of the owning inventory abbreviation: "E" (Expense), "A" (Asset), or "G" (Government Furnished) as set up in the Inventory Abbreviations subtask of the Inventory Projects screen in Costpoint Inventory.
This field displays the net available quantity for the part/inventory abbreviation combination. It is the sum of all the on hand, in inspection, in shipping, in MRB, on order, on requisition, owed, and planned owed quantities minus the sum of reserved and planned reserved quantities, for the part/inventory abbreviation combination. ("In MRB" is included only if you selected the Incl MRB as Available Inventory checkbox in the Production Control Settings screen in the Production Control application.)

This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/inventory abbreviation combination in Materials Review Board locations. These quantities are considered available for MRP/MPS planning if the Incl MRB as Available Inventory checkbox is selected in Production Control Settings.
This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/inventory abbreviation combination in on hold locations.
This field displays the sum of all quantities that have been ordered (on open purchase orders and/or manufacturing orders) for the part/inventory abbreviation combination.
This field displays the sum of all the quantities that have been requisitioned on an open purchase requisition for the part/inventory abbreviation combination.
This field displays the sum of all the open quantities reserved against the part/inventory abbreviation combination via reservations (i.e., approved transfer and issue reservations, MO requirements, inventory SO lines and PO/Req reservations).
This field displays the sum of all open quantities reserved against the substitute part/inventory abbreviation combination via unapproved inventory requests.
This field displays the sum of all quantities owed to the part/inventory abbreviation combination via transfer reservations.
This field displays the sum of all quantities owed to the part/inventory abbreviation combination via unapproved transfer requests.
This field displays the ID of the inventory project linked to the inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the name of the inventory project linked to the inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the abbreviation of the inventory project linked to the inventory abbreviation.
This field displays free-form notes about the part/inventory abbreviation combination.
This field specifies whether the inventory abbreviation is active or not. If set to "Y," you can receive inventory into and issue out of the inventory abbreviation. If set to "O" (Outgoing Only), you can issue inventory out of the abbreviation, but cannot receive more inventory into the abbreviation. If set to "N," no inventory can be received into or issued out of the inventory abbreviation.
