Use the Proposal subtask to view information about the proposal in which the component exists for a particular assembly. This information defaults from the Maintain Proposal Master screen.
These fields display the component part ID, revision (if applicable), the make or buy status, and the component part description as it appears for the selected proposal line in the main screen table window.

This field displays the employee ID of the manager responsible for the proposal. Maintain employee IDs and related information in the Basic Employee Info screen in Costpoint Employee.
These fields display the customer ID, customer name, and address information for this proposal. Establish customer information, including address codes, in the Maintain Customer screen in Costpoint Accounts Receivable or Costpoint Sales Order Entry.
This field displays the proposal's status from the Status drop-down box in the Maintain Proposal Master screen. The system-defined options are "In-Process," "Completed," "Submitted," "Closed Awarded," "Closed Lost," and "Closed Not Submitted."
This field displays the date in which the request for proposal was sent by the customer/prospect. This field will default with the system date if it is left blank in the Maintain Proposal Master screen and you save the proposal record.
This field displays the date on which the proposal is required by the customer.
This field displays any notes that were entered for the proposal in the Proposal Notes subtask of the Maintain Proposal Master screen.
