TEXT

Use this subtask to view text associated with the selected text code. You can access this subtask only if PO line standard text information exists for the PO line in the PO Line Standard Text subtask of the Enter POs screen in Costpoint Purchasing.

Text Code

This field displays the selected text code and description.

Document Print Option

This field displays the document print options assigned to the text code. Options are "B" (Both) (text will print on both internal reports and purchase orders), "I" (Internal) (text will print on internal reports only), or "E" (External) (text will print on purchase orders only).

Text Box

This text box will display free-form text associated with the selected text code.
