This non-editable screen displays all assembly parts in which the provisional part (which is listed as the Component Part in the table window of the Maintain Proposal BOM screen in Costpoint Materials Estimating) is used for Proposal Bills of Material (PBOM).
These fields display the provisional part's ID, revision number, unit of measure and description from the main screen.
These fields display the proposal ID and revision number in which the provisional part is used in the Maintain Proposal BOM screen.
These fields display the assembly part (from the Maintain Proposal BOM screen) and assembly part revision number in which the provisional part is used as a component in a PBOM record. Assembly parts in this screen can be a provisional (or standard) part, and can also be the "Component Part" in a separate PBOM assembly along with other components. This constitutes a multi-level PBOM.
This field displays the description of the assembly part from the main screen.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) if the assembly part is a provisional part, and displays "N" (No) if the assembly part is not a provisional part.
This field displays the quantity of provisional required for the assembly PBOM.
This field displays the component type code for the provisional part from the Maintain PBOM screen: "B" (Buy w/Comp), "S" (Standard), "P" (Phantom), "R" (Reference), "T" (Tool), and "D" (Deleted).
This field displays the work breakdown structure ("WBS") for the provisional part from the Maintain Proposal BOM screen. The WBS in the that screen is an optional field for keeping track of the provisional part and assembly part into multiple tasks for the job or project.
You can also link each PBOM to a user-defined Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) code for additional sorting and rollup options.
This field displays any notes or comments associated with the component from the Maintain Proposal BOM screen.
