Use this subtask to view bank and transaction information for each employee record. This table will become populated with the direct deposit bank account allocation information when the record is included in the Print/Reprint Payment Advices processing. You can change direct deposit allocation information in the applications in the Direct Deposit Processing menu. The Direct Deposit pushbutton is enabled only if the record's Disb Code (which identifies whether a paycheck or a direct deposit advice has been issued) is "D" (this subtask is disabled if the Disb Code is "C").
This non-editable field displays the ID of the employee whose record you are viewing. The employee's name displays to the right of this field. This field defaults from the header information on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the pay cycle that has been processed for this record. This field defaults from the header information on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the end date of the pay cycle that has been processed for this record. This field defaults from the header information on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the check type that has been processed for this record. This field defaults from the header information on the main screen. The check types include: "R" (Regular), "B" (Bonus), "V" (Voided), "W" (represents the positive values of a replacement check), and "X" (can be used any time you want to generate a paycheck without first entering a timesheet).
This non-editable field displays the name of the bank to which the direct deposit amount was allocated. This field is populated when payment advices are printed for the payroll record.

This non-editable field displays the type of bank account (Checking Credit or Savings Credit). This field is populated when payment advices are printed for the payroll record.
