PRINT EMPLOYEE LEAVE STATEMENTS 

Use this screen to print individual leave statements, by leave cycle, for each employee.

You can print employee leave statements after computing leave accruals and reviewing any edits made in the Maintain Leave Edit Table screen.

Retention

You can retain Employee Leave Statements as a backup to each leave period's leave accruals, but they are not part of the system audit trail. You can distribute copies to your employees.

Sort

Use this group box to control the method of sorting for the Employee Leave Statements.

Home Organization

Select this radio button to print the employee leave statements by the employee's home organization as identified in the Basic Employee Info screen in Costpoint Employee.

Locator Code

Select this radio button to print the employee leave statements by the employee's home locator code as identified in the Basic Employee Info screen in Costpoint Employee.

Employee ID

Select this radio button to print the employee leave statements by employee ID as identified in the Basic Employee Info screen in Costpoint Employee.

Form Info

Start Form No

Enter the form number you want to print on the first employee leave statement. This is a required field.

Form Date

Enter the date to be printed on the employee leave statements. This is a required field.

Select

Leave Cycle

In this group box, select the leave cycle you want to print on the employee leave statements.

Lv Cycle

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the leave cycle code for the leave cycle you wish to print.

Lv End Date

This is a display-only field and reflects the leave cycle you selected.

Lv Start Date

This is a display-only field and reflects the leave cycle you selected.

Range of Organizations

Use this group box to choose the range of organizations to print. This group box is available only if you selected the Home Organization radio button in the Sort group box. The available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."

From

If your range selection is "One," "Range," or "To End," enter, or use Lookup to select, the organization code with which you wish to start the report.

To

If your range selection is "From Beginning" or "Range," enter, or use Lookup to select, the organization code with which you wish to end the report.

Range of Locator Codes

Use this group box to choose the range of locator codes to print. This group box is available only if you selected the Locator Code radio button in the Sort group box. Available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."

Depending on your range option selection, enter, or use Lookup to select, the starting code for the range of locator codes to be included on this report.

To

Depending on your range option selection, enter, or use Lookup to select, ending code for the range of locator codes to be included on this report.

Use this group box to choose the range of employees to print. This group box is available only if you selected the Employee ID radio button in the Sort group box. Available options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."

Notes:

Enter up to two lines of notes that will appear on the leave statements. You can enter up to 75 alphanumeric characters.

Employee Leave Journal - EMPL_LV_JNL - Leave accruals that are not posted.

Employee Leave Balance - EMPL_LV_BAL - The year-to-date information for an employee. The information in these two tables is combined for the Leave Statements.
