Use this screen to print a report that will include timesheet information for the timesheet dates selected. You can sort either by the crew or by employee. This report is useful for distributing to the crew chief for early review.
Print this report after entering the crew timesheets to proof against the original input documents.
Use the selections in this group box to control the primary sort of the report. Use the primary sort to select the order in which you want the report to print.
Select this radio button to sort the report by the project that is assigned to the employee on the Crew Timesheet. If your primary sort is by Project, you must then select either the Employee Name or the Employee ID radio button for your Secondary Sort.
Select this radio button to sort the report by employee name.
Select this radio button to sort the report by employee ID.
The radio buttons in this group box are available depending on your selection in the Primary Sort group box. If you print this report by Project, the Employee ID and Employee Name radio buttons will be available for selection. If you selected the Employee Name or Employee ID radio buttons in the Primary Sort group box, the None radio button will default for this sort box.
Select this radio button to print the report by employee name for employees within a Project. If you selected the Employee Name or Employee ID radio buttons for your Primary Sort, this radio button is disabled.
Select this radio button to print the report by employee ID for employees within a project. If you selected the Employee Name or Employee ID radio buttons for your Primary Sort, this radio button is disabled.
This radio button is disabled if the primary sort you selected is by Project. You must select either the Employee Name or Employee ID radio button for your secondary sort. If you selected the Employee Name or Employee ID radio button for your primary sort, this radio button is the only choice available.
Use this group box to determine whether you want the pay type totals to be shown by report or by employee.
Select this checkbox to have the pay type totals printed for the employee. This is an optional field. However, if this checkbox is blank, the Report Pay Type Totals checkbox must be selected.

Use the fields in this group box to specify crew ID, user ID, and timesheet date information to be used in printing this report.

Use the fields in this group box to identify the timesheet period that you want the report to include.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the starting value for the timesheet date range.
