Use this non-editable screen to view leave accruals, leave lost, leave deferrals, and leave used information. When you execute the Post Leave Accruals screen, the system updates this table with the leave accrual, leave deferral and leave lost information; the table permanently stores the finalized leave information amounts that were posted to the General Ledger (G/L). The Post Labor Distribution screen in Costpoint Labor also updates this table for the leave used information. You cannot directly edit any of this leave information; the leave information in this file has already been posted to the G/L.
You can use the Leave History Inquiry screen any time after you have posted leave accruals to the G/L.
Use Query to select the employee ID of the employee whose records you want to view. The employee's name will display to the right of the ID.
This group box displays leave used information from the Post Labor Distribution screen in Costpoint Labor. Leave accrual, leave lost, and leave deferral information comes from the Post Leave Accruals screen.
This field displays the fiscal year in which this leave information was posted.
This field displays the period, within the fiscal year, in which this leave information was posted.
This field displays the journal code used for posting the leave information to the G/L.
This field displays the sequence number used for posting the leave information to the G/L. The journal code and the sequence number are also found on the General Ledger header.
This field displays the leave type that this line is referencing.
This field displays the leave cycle assigned to the employee at the time of this leave transaction.
This field displays the leave year for this transaction.
This field displays the start date from the Leave Period table to which this posting applies.
This field displays the end date from the Leave Period table to which this posting applies.
This field displays the ceiling method from the Leave Types table that was in effect at the time the leave was posted.
This field displays the dollar amount (value) associated with the leave accrual, lost, deferral, or used transaction.
This field displays the number of regular (non-overtime) hours on the timesheets when the accrual method is hours worked (the Compute Method is "H" in the Leave Tables screen).
This field displays the number of other hours on the timesheets when the accrual method is hours worked (the Compute Method is "H" in the Leave Tables screen).
This field displays the accrued leave balance at the time of this posting.
This field displays the lost leave balance at the time of this posting.
This field displays the deferred leave balance at the time of this posting.
This field displays the used leave balance at the time of this posting.
This field displays the transaction description, if applicable, from the Maintain Leave Edit Table screen at the time of this posting.
