ACCOUNT/PERIOD CHARGES

Use this subtask to view the periods in which the account was charged, and the hours and dollars charged to the account/ period combinations, for the selected employee.

Employee

This field displays the employee ID. The employee name is displayed to the right of the employee ID.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year relevant to the information displayed.

Table Window

Account

This field displays the specific General Ledger account selected in the Account Charges subtask.

Description

This field displays the description for the associated General Ledger account.

Period

This field displays the period in which this account was charged.

Hours

This field displays the hours charged to the associated account/period.

Amount

This field displays the dollar amounts charged to the associated account/period.
