Use this toolkit to add a Time Collection timesheet schedule and Time Collection work schedule to all rows in the Salary Info and History table for a range of specified employees. Salary Info and History is located in the Employee Info menu in Costpoint Labor. You can assign Time Collection defaults in the Timesheet Info group box in the Salary Info and History screen.
Select a value from this drop-down box to determine the TC timesheet schedule for the selected employees. The system-defined value is "Timesheet Cycle;" however, additional labels from the Employee User-Defined Labels screen in Costpoint Employee will also be available for selection if the Data Type is "T" (Text) and the Validated Text field is "Y" (Yes).
Enter a value that will populate the Work Schedule field in the Salary Info and History screen.
Select this checkbox to choose a non-contiguous list of employees for processing.
When the cursor is in the From or To fields, select this pushbutton to select an employee ID.
Use this drop-down box to select the range of employee IDs for which you would like to add a Time Collection timesheet schedule and work schedule value in the Salary Info and History table. Valid options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." If you did not select the List Mode checkbox, the default for this field is "All;" if you selected the List Mode checkbox, the default is "One."
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the starting employee ID for which you would like to add a Time Collection timesheet schedule and Time Collection work schedule value. If you selected "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending employee ID for which you would like to add a Time Collection timesheet schedule and Time Collection work schedule value. If you selected "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Select this pushbutton to insert the values entered in the From and/or To fields into the list box.
Select this pushbutton to remove the selected values from the list box.
Select this pushbutton to update the Salary Info and History table with the appropriate Time Collection timesheet schedule value.
Select this pushbutton to update the Salary Info and History table with the appropriate Time Collection work schedule value.
Select this pushbutton to close the Update TC Timesheet/Work Schedule toolkit and return to the main Miscellaneous Functions screen.
