Use this screen to set up codes and related descriptions for workers' compensation tracking. The workers' compensation code (the WC field) is a required field on each timesheet line and can be changed if you selected the Allow Change on Timesheet checkbox in the Labor Settings screen.
You must set up workers' compensation codes before you can complete the Labor Settings screen. You can add to this table any time, and you can establish an unlimited number of codes and descriptions.
After selecting the New Line button on the toolbar, enter up to six alphanumeric characters to uniquely identify each workers' compensation code. Although this code is user-defined, the first four digits are intended to match the four-digit National Workers' Compensation Code. You can use the last two digits to further define the national code. This is a required field.
Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to name or describe the workers' compensation code. This field is required.
Enter the Standard Industrial Code that applies to the workers comp code. This field is required if you are using the CTS Tax Interface to report Wyoming State Unemployment information.
Changes to this screen update the Worker's Compensation - WORK_COMP table.
