Use this screen to establish and maintain Visa Type codes and descriptions that can be assigned to employees in the Visa Type field in the HR Data subtask in the Basic Employee Info and Maintain Employee Master screens.
Use this screen as part of your initial employee visa types setup or any time you need to establish new visa type codes.
Costpoint is pre-loaded with the most current visa type classifications, however you may add additional visa type information. You cannot delete a visa type code and description if it already exists for an employee record.
Upon adding a new line, enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters for the new visa type. Otherwise, this field will display the Visa Type code for each table window line (i.e., listed in the table below).
