PROJECT INFORMATION

Use this subtask to establish crew, project, and foreman information.

Use this subtask as part of your initial setup.

Union

This non-editable field displays the union code from the main screen. The union description will default into the field to the right when you enter the union code.

Local

This non-editable field displays the local code from the main screen. The local description will default into the field to the right when you enter the local code.

GLC

This non-editable field displays the general labor category (GLC) from the main screen. The GLC description will default into the field to the right when you enter the GLC code.

Start Date

This field displays the start date for the union's local profile from the main screen.

End Date

This field displays the end date for the union's local profile from the main screen.

Standard Daily Hrs

This field displays the standard daily hours from the main screen.

Hourly Rate

This field displays the GLC hourly rate from the main screen.

Week Ending Day

This field displays the week ending day from the main screen.

Table Window

Crew

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the crew ID to be used for this union profile. This is a required field.

Crew Name

The crew name will display when you enter the crew ID.

Crew Chief

The crew chief ID will display from the main screen when you enter the crew ID, but you can change it if necessary.  This is a required field.

Crew Chief Name

The crew chief name will display when the crew chief ID is entered.

Project

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the project ID for this union profile. The project selected must have the Active checkbox selected in the Maintain Project Master screen in Costpoint Project Setup. This is a required field.

Project Name

The project name will display from the main screen when you enter the project ID.

Apply to Lower Level

Select the checkbox in this column to have the fringe cost applied to the project's lower levels. If you do not select this checkbox, the fringe cost will be applied only at the top level. This is a required field.

W/H State

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the withholding state for this union profile. This is an optional field.

W/H Locality

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the withholding locality for this union profile. This is an optional field.

Foreman

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the foreman ID for this union profile. This is an optional field.

Foreman Name

The foreman name will default into this field when you enter the foreman ID.

Certified Payroll

Select this checkbox if this project is an established certified payroll.
