TIME COLLECTION ORGANIZATIONS

Use this screen to select the organizations that you want to export to Deltek Time Collection. This updates the Time Collection Organization column in the ORG table. This screen is enabled only for Time Collection version 5.x or higher and/or Deltek Expense version 6 or higher.

You can also set this flag in the Define Org Structures screen (Accounting » General Ledger » Organizations) and the Maintain Org Elements screen (Accounting » General Ledger » Organizations).

Organizations

When you first run this application, the table is populated with all organizations set up in the ORG table.

Organization

This field displays the organization ID.

Name

This field displays the organization name.

Time Collection Organization

If this field displays Y (Yes), this organization is exported to Deltek Time Collection when you run the Export Data to Deltek Time & Expense 5.x+ application (People » Labor » Time Collection (ET) Interface). Organizations with N (No) in this column are not exported.

Set Time Collection Organization Column to 'Y'

Select the organizations that you want to export to Time Collection and click this button to set the Time Collection Organization field for those organizations to Y (Yes). To select multiple rows, hold down the CTRL key and click each row.

Set Time Collection Organization Column to 'N'

Select the organizations that you do not want to export to Time Collection and click this button to set the Time Collection Organization field for those organizations to N (No). To select multiple rows, hold down the CTRL key and click each row.

Table Information

Changes to this screen update the ORG (Organization) table.
