Use this subtask to enter any additional comments about this employee in regards to Salary Info and History.
You must have already established an employee in the Basic Employee Info screen and in the main screen before adding information here.
These non-editable fields display the employee ID and name from the main screen.
If you are using the Reference Number feature, enter, or use Lookup to select, the value for the reference 1 number to which this employee is normally assigned. This is validated against the Reference table. This optional field is not used as a default for timesheet entry; it is for informational and report sorting purposes. The default reference 1 for timesheet entry is in the Defaults subtask of the Basic Employee Info screen.
If you use the Update Employee Salary Based on Review screen in the Employee Performance Reviews menu, the system automatically creates a new line and defaults the previous line's value for this field.
