Use this screen to review the IWO items that have been imported. IWO records reside here in suspense after the import is complete. After you run the IWO Preprocessor, all entries that pass validation will be cleared from this screen and only the entries that were rejected will remain. If the IWO transfer is within the same database, this screen will not be necessary.
Use this screen (step 10) to review the transactions that have been imported into the receiving database. If all or a part of the entry has not passed validation, the On Hold check box will be selected. You must now correct the problem or assign all failed entries to a suspense account.
Use Find or Query to retrieve the IWO number for your transfer.
These non-editable fields display the sending and receiving locations of the transfer.
These fields display the location and the name for the sending location.
These fields display the location and the name for the receiving location.
This non-editable field displays information about the creation of the IWO transfer.
This field displays the ID of the last user to save this allocation.
This field displays the last date of any changes made to this allocation.
Select this check box to put the selected IWO allocation on hold. If all or a part of the entry has not passed validation, this check box will be selected and you must correct the problem or assign all failed entries to a suspense account.
This table identifies, by line, the following information about the IWO suspense items:
Project, Account, Organization, Total Amount, Total Hours, Description, Ref 1, Ref 2, Update Billing, Rcv Total Amount, Voucher Number, Vendor ID, and Vendor Name.
This field displays the total amount of all IWO lines.
Click this button to open a subtask where you can review, by table line, labor data about the IWO allocation. The data includes General Labor Category (GLC), Project Labor Category (PLC), ID, ID Type, Name, Hours, and Amount.
Click this button to open a subtask where you can record comments on the IWO transaction.
