Use this subtask to link an "outgoing" account and organization to the receiving project's account listed on the main screen. If you decide to link more than one account from the sending project to the receiving project, you can list each in this subtask. You can link all accounts (and all burdens) to one account. The less information you enter on a row, the more data will be included on that line.
This non-editable field displays the expense mapping code from the main screen. The non-editable field to the right displays the expense mapping code description from the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the posting account number from the main screen. The non-editable field to the right displays the posting account name from the main screen.
Click the New Line icon on the toolbar to begin populating a row in this table.
Enter, or use to select, the account that will post to the account identified in the screen header. If you leave this column blank, but fill in other columns on the same row, all accounts will be used for that row. Remember that all labor and non-labor accounts in the sending project’s project account group must be included in this table.
Enter, or use to select, the organization that will post to the account identified in the screen header. Leave this field blank to specify all organizations if other columns on the same row are populated.
Enter, or use to select, the fiscal year from all open fiscal years. This is the year from which you would like to extract the data and post the offset entry. If you leave this optional column empty, data from all years will be transferred.
Enter, or use to select, the pool number that will burden the costs for this account/organization combination.
Enter Y (Yes) to include, or N (No) to exclude, the Cost of Money (COM) from the transfer process.
Enter Y (Yes) to include, or N (No) to exclude, the fee on costs from the transfer process. N is the default for this column.
Enter Y (Yes) to include, or N (No) to exclude, retainage costs from the transfer process. N is the default for this column.
Enter Y (Yes) to include, or N (No) to exclude, the over ceiling amounts from the transfer process. N is the default for this column.
