Use this screen to review the intended IWO transfer before posting the transaction. Use this screen when transferring within one database and when transferring to another database.
This screen is the fifth step in the IWO process.
Use Find or Query to retrieve the IWO number for your transfer. The field to the right will display the IWO description.
This non-editable field displays the location and name of the sending location.
This non-editable field displays the location and name of the receiving location
This non-editable field displays the ID of the last user to save the transfer allocation.
This non-editable field displays the last date of any changes made to the allocation.
This table identifies, by line, the following information about the IWO allocation. You can edit only the Account and Organization fields.
This non-editable field displays the line number.
This field displays the receiving or destination project number. You can edit the destination project number, if necessary.
The destination project number is assigned in the Project field in the table window of the IWO Project Setup screen (Projects » Inter-Company Work Orders » Controls) for the row with a transaction type of Destination Project. Use the IWO Project Setup screen to make permanent changes to the destination project.
This field displays the receiving or destination account number. You can edit the destination account number if necessary.
The destination account number is assigned in the Account field in the table window of the IWO Project Setup screen (Projects » Inter-Company Work Orders » Controls) for the row with a transaction type of Destination Project. Use the IWO Project Setup screen to make permanent changes to the destination account.
This field displays the receiving or destination organization number. You can edit the destination organization if necessary.
The destination organization is assigned in the Organization field in the table window of the IWO Project Setup screen (Projects » Inter-Company Work Orders » Controls) for the row with a transaction type of Destination Project. Use the IWO Project Setup screen to make permanent changes to the destination organization.
This non-editable column displays the receiving total transaction amount.
This non-editable column displays the receiving receivables amount.
This non-editable column displays the receiving total hours.
This non-editable column displays the transaction description.
This non-editable column displays the receiving reference one number.
This non-editable column displays the receiving reference two number.
This non-editable field displays the billing update flag.
This non-editable field displays the voucher number of the original transaction.
This non-editable field displays the vendor ID of the original transaction.
This non-editable field displays the vendor name of the original transaction.
This field displays the total amount of all IWO lines.
Click this button to open a subtask where you can review, by table line, labor data for the IWO allocation. The data includes General Labor Category (GLC), Project Labor Category (PLC), ID, ID Type, Name, Hours, and Amount.
