This field displays the item ID of the selected item. The item description is also displayed.
This field displays the revision of the selected item.
This field displays the unit of measure associated with the item.
This field displays whether the item is "M" (Make) or "B" (Buy).
This field displays the item type, i.e., part, good, or service.
This field displays the product class associated with this item.
This field displays the buyer ID for this item.
This field displays the commodity code associated with this item.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether or not this item is active.
This field displays the planner for this item.
This column displays the project ID to which this item is assigned.
This column displays project name of this project ID.
This column displays the project type as defined in the Maintain Project Types screen in Costpoint Project Setup.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether the project is active.
This column displays the starting date of the project.
This column displays the ending date of the project.
This column displays the safety stock quantity, which is used to help generate reorder information for materials planning. This quantity is added to other requirements in order to determine how much inventory is needed.
This column displays the quantity of this part needed in inventory.
This column displays the target inventory quantity desired for this part. This quantity is used with the reorder point to determine what inventory level of this part will be needed.
This column displays the preferred warehouse where this part will be received.
This column displays the preferred warehouse location where this part will be received.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether QC Acceptance/Inspection is necessary for this part/project.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether or not source inspection is required for this part/project. A government source inspection normally requires the vendor to obtain approval from a government inspector before the material can be shipped.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether the vendor must submit a certificate of conformance when this part is ordered for the specified project. A certificate of conformance is a legal document issued by the vendor that certifies that the materials conform to certain specifications and requirements.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether lot numbers are being tracked for this part when used with this project.
This column displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether serial numbers are being tracked for this part when used with this project.
