This field displays the organization to which the document belongs.
This field displays the ID of the valid maintenance group for this document type.
This field displays the location of the document.
This field displays the date on which the document will become effective for the part.
This field displays the date on which the document will stop being effective for the part.
This field displays the configuration of the part.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether this document is to be referenced for this part on purchase orders, requisitions, and request for quotes.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether this document is to be referenced on receipt travelers for this part.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether this document is to be referenced on manufacturing order assembly sheets for this part.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether this document is to be referenced on routing travelers for this part.
This field displays as "Y" (Yes) if the part is included on an ECN that is pending. If the ECN is not pending, this field will display as "N" (No). If the part is not included on an ECN, this field will be blank.
