PRINT REVIEW STATISTICS BY MANAGER

Summary

Use this screen to obtain an analysis by manager of how managers rate employees. This report will be useful if you wish to view how individual managers rate their employees.

Timing

Run this report any time after storing completed review forms in the database.

Primary Sort

Use the options in this group box to select the order in which you want the report to print.

Labor Group

Select this radio button to sort the report by the labor group that is assigned to the employee in the Salary Info and History screen in Costpoint Employee. You must then select either Employee Name or Employee ID for your secondary sort.

Home Organization

Select this radio button to sort the report by the home organization that is assigned to the employee in the Salary Info and History screen in Costpoint Employee. You must then select either Employee Name or Employee ID for your secondary sort. The report prints all levels of the home organization.

Secondary Sort

The radio buttons in this sort box are always active. The default is Employee Name.

Employee Name

Select this radio button to print the report by employee name for employees within a labor group or home organization.

Employee ID

Select this radio button to print the report by employee ID for employees within a labor group or home organization.

Select Date

Use this group box to select the range of review form dates to include in this report. This date corresponds to the Effective Date on the completed review forms.

Range Option

Use this drop-down box to select a date range. Selections are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."

If you select "All," the From and To fields are disabled; if you select "One," the To field is disabled; if you select "From Beginning" the From field is disabled; and if you select "To End" the To field is disabled.

If your range selection is "One," "Range," or "To End," enter the review date with which you wish to start.

To

If your range selection is "Range" or "From Beginning," enter the review date with which you wish to end.

Select Manager

Use this group box to select the range of managers to include on this report. Establish and maintain manager IDs in the Managers\HR Reps by Org screen in Costpoint Personnel.

Range Option

Use this drop-down box to select a manager range. Selections are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."

If you select "All," the From and To fields are disabled; if you select "One," the To field is disabled; if you select "From Beginning" the From field is disabled; and if you select "To End" the To field is disabled.

If the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, Lookup lists the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by Org table. If you are manually entering a value and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, the Manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by Org table.
